Demo Steps
Pre-requisites: Please clear the xyz bank cache before starting the demo.
Lead Management Flow
This flow shows the creation of an anonymous lead for “Home Broadband” product by configuring a Digital Campaign called “Anonymous”. When the user visits XYZ Telco’s Home Broadband Page one Home Broadband form will pop up, on submitting the form an Anonymous Lead will be created in mViva under Home Broadband product. The Anonymous Lead is then enriched with additional information once the user is logged in to XYZ Telco. This flow also shows the user can be communicated with “Web Push” with “Home Broadband” offer. This flow also shows the Home Broadband form prefilled with his details on visiting “Home Broadband” page again.
Go to the Digital Campaign section in mViva. Find and click on the "Edit" option for the digital campaign named "Anonymous."
Navigate to the "Personalization" section within the campaign settings.
Check the type of event currently set. Change it to "Wait" and set the page as "Home Broadband".
Open a web browser and navigate to "cadet.pelatro.com/bank," which will take you to the bank's homepage.
In the home page one consent modal will pop up for notification permission.
Click “Allow” and then chrome will ask your permission for notification click “Allow” again.
From the telco's homepage, navigate to the "Home Broadband" page. Spend 10 seconds on the "View" page, and during this time, a Custom Form popup should appear.
Return to mViva. Once again, go to the Digital Campaign section. Edit digital campaign named "Anonymous."
In the campaign's personalization settings, modify the event to "Click" and set the page as "Home Broadband". Set the identifier as "hl_img-fluid-id."
Open a web browser and visit "cadet.pelatro.com/bank" to reach the bank's homepage. Navigate to the "Home Broadband" page.
Click on the image that will trigger a Custom Form popup.
Fill in all the required details in the popup form.
Use the name "Peter" and click on the "Request Quote" button.
This action will create a lead in the Leads Page within mViva, categorized under the "Home Broadband" product.
Later, visit the Leads Entity in mViva. Within the Home Broadband Page, a new lead entry will be present. Open the lead entry to view the details entered in the form.
Scroll down and find the "Get in Touch" section, then click on "Web Push."
A popup will appear. Within the "Configure Message" section, select "Web Push" from the "Template Box" dropdown and click "Send."
A success message will indicate that the web push has been sent.
Go to the bank's website again. On the homepage, locate the login option.
Log in using the name "Peter."
After logging in, observe the personalized changes on the homepage and in the menu, tailored to the logged-in user.
Proceed to the "Leads" section. Notice an increase in the lead score.
Click on the "View" option for the newly created lead entry.
Scroll down and find the "Get in Touch" section, then click on "Web Push."
A popup will appear. Within the "Configure Message" section, select "Web Push" from the "Template Box" dropdown and click "Send."
A success message will indicate that the web push has been sent.
Similarly, within the "Get in Touch" section, click on "App."
A popup will appear. In the "Configure Message" section, choose "App Push" from the "Template Box" dropdown and click "Send."
A success message will confirm the app push has been sent.
Scroll down to the "Additional Info" section and notice that the data has been enriched with additional details.
Return to "cadet.pelatro.com/bank" and log out the user "Peter."
Go to the "Home Broadband" page on the bank's site.
Click on the image featuring the word "Loan." A pre-filled form should appear, including details obtained from the login event.
Enter the annual income and click the "Request Quote" button.
Return to mViva.
Check the lead entry, you'll observe an increase in the lead score compared to its previous value.
Open the lead's "View" option and verify that the annual income field has been populated from the data collected via the custom
form.
Digital Campaign Flow
The steps outline how digital campaigns in mViva are personalized based on user personas. By logging in as different users (Akshaya for Young Achiever and Sanjith for Caring Mom), each persona is shown a tailored offer on the bank's Credit Card page with different interest rates (3% for Young Achiever, 2.7% for Caring Mom). This demonstrates the use of personalization in digital campaigns to target specific user segments with relevant offers.
Go to the Digital Campaign section in mViva. Find and click on the "Edit" option for the digital campaign named "Young Achiever"
Navigate to the "Personalization" section within the campaign settings.
One digital campaign will be configured for this persona on “View” of credits card page.
Open a web browser and navigate to "cadet.pelatro.com/bank," which will take you to the bank's homepage.
Please login as “akshaya”, and navigate to “Credit Card” page and wait for some 10 sec.
An Offer will be displayed with the Rate 3 % will appear. This is for Young Achiever.
Go back to the Digital Campaign section in mViva. Find and click on the "Edit" option for the digital campaign named "Caring Mom"
Navigate to the "Personalization" section within the campaign settings.
One digital campaign will be configured for this persona on “View” of credits card page.
Please login as “sanjith” and navigate to “Credit Card” page and wait for some 10 sec.
An Offer will be displayed with the Rate 2.7% will appear. This is for Caring Moms.
Dynamic Personalization Flow:
These steps demonstrate how to configure tracking and personalize offers for different broadband-related pages using Suvidha and mViva. The process involves setting up page-level tracking and defining personalized offers for the Young Achiever persona on both the Broadbands and Basic pages. Through these configurations, the Young Achiever persona is shown targeted offers with a 3% interest rate based on page interactions (waiting on the Broadbands page and clicking the "Apply Online" button on the Basic page).
Go to the Catalogue Collection section in Suvidha. Find and click on xyz-telco Broadbands Page and "Edit”.
Configure for “Wait” Journey Event under “Enable Page Level Tracking” section and save.
Go to the Digital Campaign section in mViva. Click on the top-right 3 dots and refresh master catalogue.
Find and click on the "Edit" option for the digital campaign named "Young Achiever"
Navigate to the "Personalization" section within the campaign settings.
Configure one digital campaign for this persona on “Wait” of Broadbands page and save.
Open a web browser and navigate to "cadet.pelatro.com/bank," which will take you to the telco's homepage.
Please login as “akshaya”, and navigate to “Loan” page and wait for some 10 sec.
An Offer will be displayed with the Rate 3 %. This is for Young Achiever.
Again, go to the Catalogue Collection section in Suvidha. Find and click on xyz-telco Home Broadband - Basic Page and "Edit”.
Click on “Add Element” under “Tracked Elements” section, one pop-up will appear with “Home Broadband - Basic ” page already rendered.
Select “Apply Online” button from the page. A pop will appear named “Interested Element”.
From top drop down named “Tracking Type” choose “Journey” and from Product drop down choose “Home Broadband - Basic”.
Under “Element Details”, click on “Identifier Type” drop down and choose “id”.
Under “Element Details”, click on “Labels” drop down and choose “Luxury” and click on below Add button to save your changes.
Click on top “save” button to save all the changes.
Go to the Digital Campaign section in mViva. Click on the top-right 3 dots and refresh master catalogue.
Find and click on the "Edit" option for the digital campaign named "Young Achiever"
Navigate to the "Personalization" section within the campaign settings.
Configure one digital campaign for this persona on “Click” of element “apply_id” in “Home Broadband - Basic”.
Open a web browser and navigate to "cadet.pelatro.com/bank," which will take you to the bank's homepage.
Navigate to “Basic” page and click on “Apply Online” button.
An Offer will be displayed with the Rate 3 % will appear. This is for Young Achiever.
Template Creation Flow:
The steps guide you through creating a personalized template, getting it approved, setting up a template family with a modal display, creating a personalization set for a flash message, and applying it to the "Young Achiever"(Akshaya’s Persona) digital campaign in mViva.
Go to the Personalization Template section in mViva and click on create.
Select type as Web and add all the Products which are related to the template.
Design the template and save it.
Once it is saved, select the Template and click on the Send for Approval button.
Wait for 2-3 minutes for the approval.
After the approval of the new Template go to Template Families section and click on Create.
Select type as Web and Display Mode to Modal.
Click on Choose Template and select newly created Template and save it.
Now go to the Personalization Set section and click on create.
Select the Personalizations as Flash Message and select Preferred Display Mode as Modal and choose the newly created Template Family and save it.
Now go to the Digital Campaign section click and edit Young Achiever.
In the Personalization section select the newly created Personalization Set and save it.
